Reels 短视频表达 · Examples — Reels scripts

原项目教学示例,用于比较内容结构与表达方法,不代表真实账号成绩或发布效果。

Worked scripts as production docs (shot · on-screen text · spoken · audio · timing), each with a 3-second hook, a muted-first design, a sends answer, IG keywords, and a cover brief — plus a "TikTok reupload" version for contrast. Voice is the blunt indie-founder voice from earlier skills (short, dry, no exclamation marks, concrete). Your output uses the loaded voice.md.

Example 1 — Talking head / story (filmed) · ~30s · goal: reach + sends

Concept: we deleted our most-requested feature; the boring button won. Audio: original (your voice). Sends answer: PMs/founders forward it to the teammate pushing the loud feature request. Cover brief: custom cover, "We deleted our #1 feature" in bold text, grid-safe center.

Time Shot On-screen text Spoken
0:00–0:03 Close, mid-sentence, to camera "We deleted our #1 requested feature." "We spent six months on the feature everyone asked for. Then we deleted it."
0:03–0:10 Same, quick cut "nobody used it" "Every sales call, people begged for it. We shipped it. Nobody touched it."
0:10–0:20 Slight push-in "the boring button won" "What they actually used was a tiny export button we kept ignoring. Built it in two days. Most-used thing we have."
0:20–0:28 Cut, direct "watch what they DO" "People tell you what sounds good and do something else. So now we watch behavior, not surveys."
0:28–0:30 Back to opener framing "so we deleted it." "Which is how we ended up deleting our most-requested feature." ← loops to 0:00

Muted check: the five text lines tell the whole story without audio. Loop: the last line flows back into the first frame. IG SEO: "product feature", "SaaS" spoken in the first 3 seconds + on-screen; caption first sentence: "How we decide what to build for our SaaS — behavior over feature requests." 3–5 topic hashtags (#buildinpublic #saas #productmanagement). Keyword cluster → instagram-seo. Caption → caption-writer. Publish (cover, safe zone) → instagram-reels-publishing. Schedule → scheduling-and-queue.

Example 2 — Faceless listicle (AI b-roll + voiceover) · ~20s · goal: sends + saves

Concept: 3 tools that replaced a $200/mo stack. Format: faceless, voiceover over Veo b-roll. Audio: voiceover in edit + a trending upbeat track named for native add-in-app, cuts on the beat. Sends answer: forwarded to the friend who complains about tool costs; saved as a reference. Cover brief: frame at 0:00 with the "$200/mo" text visible, centered.

Time Shot (Veo b-roll) On-screen text Voiceover
0:00–0:03 Fast push-in on a cluttered dashboard "3 tools that killed my $200/mo stack" "Three tools that replaced two hundred dollars a month."
0:03–0:08 Tool 1 in use "1. ___ (free)" "One — handles all my scheduling. Free tier covers it."
0:08–0:13 Tool 2 "2. ___" "Two — does what I paid fifty bucks for."
0:13–0:18 Tool 3 "3. ___ (the sleeper)" "Three — the one nobody talks about. Wait for this one." ← open loop paid off
0:18–0:20 Back to first frame "send this to your cofounder" "Send it to whoever pays the invoices."

Muted check: numbers + labels carry it silently; captions burned in, safe-zone placed. Rewatch trigger: three tools in 20 seconds — one watch isn't enough to note them all. Veo note: b-roll only, per veo-prompt-pack.md; AI-labeling per Meta's rules (manual — not auto-disclosed on Instagram). Export clean, no watermarks.

Contrast — the TikTok reupload (do NOT do this)

  • The same video exported from TikTok, watermark in the corner.
  • Hook written for sound-on only; no on-screen text for the muted majority.
  • No cover chosen — the grid shows a random mid-word frame.

→ The watermark and originality gates throttle it before ranking; the mute-blind hook loses the feed; the grid frame wastes the profile visit. Re-cut a clean native version instead — cross-platform-repurposing.

What the good examples share

  • A 3-second hook on all three channels, with the on-screen text carrying it on mute.
  • Fast pace, no intro tax, a visual change every ~2–4s, a loop/rewatch trigger.
  • A concrete sends answer (who forwards it, to whom, why).
  • An audio choice named — and flagged native add-in-app when it's IG-library audio.
  • IG keywords in the first 3 spoken seconds + on-screen + caption; a cover brief.
  • Original, watermark-free, on-voice; truthful hook; no fabricated stats; AI-labeling where generated.
